Procedures

Cost of a 925 silver necklace: SGD 55 + additional
Cost of ring, earrings, bracelets(925 silver): SGD 59 + additional

Price for 14k gold/white gold: SGD 450 + additional
Price for 18k gold/white gold/ rose gold: SGD 500 + additional
Price for 24K gold: Please email us!

Step 1: Tell us what you need us to design (earrings, necklace, ring etc)
Step 2: Tell us the material you want (925 silver、14K gold、18K gold、Rose gold、24K gold)
Step 3: Tell us the name you'll want us to design
Step 4: Choose the font we provide you with

Step 5: Choose the sides, borders and little trinkets
(Please skip this step should you not require additional.)
Please note that all additional added are to beautify or balanced out the design of your necklace/rings/earrings. we do not encourage over decorating the necklace.

Additionals

If there are small amount of character in your name, you can choose the sides as design to elongate it
Cost: SGD 10/side

If your name is long and it makes the pendent long and small, you will need some
border to make it more balanced
Cost: SGD 15/Border

If your name is short and looks thin to you, you might want to add frames to make it look fuller
Cost: SGD15/Frame

If your name is just the right size, but you find it plain, you might want to put some trinkets
Cost: SGD5/trinket

If you think the design is perfect but wish to be special, you can choose to add in the chain decorations
Cost: SGD10/decoration

Step 6: Approve the design when we send you via email
Step 7: You can choose to set crystals into the letters.
There are 2 types of crystals and 3 colours, namely white, pink and blue

You can choose from 3 types of setting. They are the prong setting,pave setting and gypsy setting.
Cost:
Prong setting - SGD15/crystal
Pave setting - SGD24/Character
Gypsy setting - SGD5/crystal

Step 8: You can choose to set crystals into the letters.

Type A
1.5mm thick; 2.0mm thick + SGD15
Type C
1.5mm thick + SGD 15; 2.0mm thick + SGD24
Type B
1.5mm thick + SGD 15; 2.0mm thick + SGD24
Type D

These are some of the questions that we would clarify.

1. What is the difference between 925 silver, 14k gold etc. ?

925 silver is silver of 92.5%. We offer 3 colours, silver, gold and rose colour. However, these colours are electroplated on silver, the pendent will turn black depending on how well you manage your silvery.

14k(K in this case represent carat) gold is 14 part gold where 10 parts or more additional metals. In percentage terms, it is 58.3% gold.

18k gold is 18 part gold where 6 part of 1 or more are additional metals. In percentage terms, it is 75% gold.

24k gold is the most expensive of gold which is 99.9% or 99.0% gold. It is also commonly known as pure gold.

2. Why is personalizing the pendent so expensive, when I can just find 925 silver costing 5 - 10 dollars at the road side?

Please do not make comparison of the cheap silvery at the roadsides with our goods. The cheaper silvery at roadside sells bad imitation of 925 silver that turns, yellow and black very easily.

We do not mean that nothing of these will happen to our jewellery. However, I would urge all buyers to take good care of their jewellery.

3. How do I, take good care my jewellery?

i. Please use the silver polishing cloth to wipe your silver.
ii. Refrain from spraying perfume at your jewellery.
iii. Make sure that you keep your jewellery in a box, to prevent exposure to air for oxidation to take place, which speed up the rate of your jewellery turning yellow.

4. Why is there a sudden increase in the price of the necklace?

We believe quality over quantity. We have just changed our supplier for the necklace, to another supplier to provide our customers with more choices. We stress again, that the prices you see are not expensive because the quality far surpass the price we are offering.
